Jake was very helpful to inspect a home with a cracked foundation in Santee, California for a client of mine. He used his manometer and found that even though a foundation company had repaired the slab with an engineer report, the front bedroom was still 2 inches out of level! He also advised to ask for what type of warranty the seller was giving and who did the work which was very helpful.
